Started my journey at my own clinic in Harrow, and as I was seeking to work as a team, I embarked in a different journey and now working for a renowned clinic in London.

Maciej Sedlak
Osteopath (M.Ost.) /Reflexologist
I am a former paramedic who transitioned to a holistic approach to health in 2011. Over the past 13 years, I have developed extensive skills and understanding in holistic health practices, enabling me to address multiple aspects of patient health effectively. I graduated from The London School of Osteopathy with a master's degree and from the London School of Reflexology in 2018.
Since then, I have offered my services to a London-based clientele, integrating osteopathy and reflexology to enhance treatment outcomes.
WHY THE SYNERGY APPROACH?
Developed by Maciej Sedlak, the Synergy Approach is built on the well-established principles of osteopathy, reflexology, and vibrational medicine, creating a more comprehensive and holistic treatment experience. While the integration itself is unique to Maciej’s practice, it is grounded in recognised concepts that support nervous system function, enhance proprioception, and encourage better movement patterns.
By combining the structural benefits of osteopathy with the systemic stimulation of reflexology and the vibrational aspects that may influence the body's sense of balance and relaxation, this approach helps to promote postural stability, ease tension, and support overall well-being.
